Charlie Fleet is the Chief Technology/Digital Transformation Officer for Midwest Housing Equity Group, Inc. (“MHEG”). He leads MHEG’s strategic vision, architecture and execution of technology initiatives that drive innovation, operational excellence, and mission impact. Prior to joining MHEG in 2025, Charlie was the Chief Transformation Officer for Solera. He has over 25 years’ experience in technology delivery and strategy execution. He received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute and his Master of Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
